Have a Halloween full of screams and shouts in Downtown Petoskey!Children's Halloween Parade, 9:45 amLine up at Central Elementary School beginning at 9:45 am. The parade will start at 10 am and march from Central Elementary down Howard Street to Pennsylvania Park in Downtown Petoskey.Downtown Trick or Treating, 10 am-noonBe ye pumpkin, princess, or pirate with superpowers, join us for Trick or Treating throughout the Downtown Stores! For safety, the Downtown streets will be closed to just foot traffic.
