  1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be with original price tag, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without proper documentation, we may be unable to process your return.

  3. Exclusions: Certain items, such as final sale items, or fresh flowers, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for clarification.

 

Returns Process:

  1. In-Store Returns: To return an item in-store, simply bring the product along with the original receipt to our Downtown Petoskey location, 317 East Mitchell Street. Our staff will assist you in processing the return and offer you available options.

  2. Online Returns: If you made a purchase online, you can initiate a return by visiting our website and logging into your account. Follow the provided instructions to generate a return request and receive further guidance on returning the item(s).

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds: Once your return is approved and processed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7  business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please let our staff know during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. Inspection: We thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped or sold in-store. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

 

Special Circumstances:

  1. Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service for assistance. We can help you with the necessary steps to process a return without disclosing the original payment information to you.

  2. Extended Holiday Returns: During the holiday season, we offer an extended return period. Purchases made between December 1st and December 24th can be returned until February 28th.
